Terms of Service
These terms govern the services provided by TopWorld Movers. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.

Booking & Quotations
- All quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- A booking is confirmed once a signed acceptance and any required deposit have been received.
- Prices are based on the information you provide. Additional items or services discovered on moving day may incur extra charges.
- We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a booking if conditions are unsafe or impractical.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due as agreed in your quotation, either before, during, or after the move.
- We accept bank transfer, M-Pesa, and cash payments.
- Outstanding balances beyond 7 days may incur a late fee of 2% per week.
- Goods may be held in storage at the client's expense until full payment is received.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled move are free of charge.
- Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee of up to 30% of the quoted price.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
- No-shows on the scheduled moving day will be charged the full quoted amount.
Insurance & Liability
- All moves include basic transit insurance at no additional cost.
- Enhanced coverage for high-value items (art, electronics, antiques) is available on request.
- Claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage, items improperly packed by the client, or damage caused by inaccessible premises.
- Maximum liability per item is limited to the declared value or KES 50,000, whichever is lower, unless enhanced coverage is purchased.
Client Responsibilities
- Ensure all items are properly prepared and accessible on moving day.
- Disclose any items requiring special handling (fragile, hazardous, or extremely heavy).
- Secure parking and access permissions at both origin and destination.
- Inform us of any building restrictions, narrow staircases, or elevator limitations.
- We do not transport illegal, hazardous, or prohibited items.
